中国证监会立新规完善退市

China's securities regulator released a statement on amended rules related to the criteria for delisting companies on its stock exchanges.中国证券监管机构近日发布了一则关于完善企业退市制度的声明。In the amended rules, companies whose activities harm national security, public safety or the public interest could be suspended or delisted.该修订的制度指出，公司如有危害国家安全、公共安全或公众健康安全的行为，将被暂停或终止股票上市交易。For the first time, the list includes actions that threaten public health.这是首次规定公司涉及威胁公众健康行为将被强制退市。
